Pros: I really enjoyed the core mission of helping associations manage their operations better. It's satisfying to be part of a team that supports the non-profit sector. The collaborative spirit among colleagues in the Marseille office is strong, and people are always willing to help each other out. We have a decent work-life balance, which is a big plus for living in this region.
Cons: While the team is great, internal processes for support ticket escalation and knowledge sharing could be more streamlined. Sometimes, finding clear documentation or getting swift answers from other departments can be a challenge, leading to slight delays. This could be improved with better cross-departmental communication tools or dedicated training sessions.
Advice to Management: Consider investing in better inter-departmental communication tools and formalizing knowledge sharing processes to empower the support team further and ensure faster resolution times for clients.
