Pros: The best part about PlastiCampus is definitely the people. As an ASSISTANT(E) COMMERCIAL(E), I've found my colleagues to be incredibly friendly and always willing to help out, which is huge for daily tasks and learning new aspects of the plastics manufacturing business. The commercial department works well together, and there's a strong sense of teamwork. It really makes the work environment pleasant and collaborative.
