Pros: I've found AGAPI to be a reliable employer, especially for those looking for stability in the tech industry. The projects are interesting, and the IT infrastructure teams are very supportive. It's a place where you can really count on your job security, which is a big deal in this sector. The remote work setup is also a major advantage for work-life balance.
Cons: While stability is high, the path for career growth isn't always crystal clear. Sometimes, there's a disconnect between what management communicates and the actual project priorities, leading to minor confusion. More structured feedback sessions would also be appreciated to help development.
Advice to Management: Consider developing clearer career progression frameworks and ensuring consistent communication regarding strategic priorities to all teams. More frequent, structured feedback opportunities would also boost employee development.
