Pros: Great colleagues and a supportive team culture. Flexible work arrangements, including decent remote options, really helped manage personal commitments. The company offers a stable work environment within the French tech sector, and the projects were often intellectually stimulating. Benefits package was competitive for the industry.
Cons: While career growth is present, the path can sometimes feel a bit unstructured. Opportunities for advancement might require proactive seeking rather than them being clearly signposted. Some internal processes could be streamlined for better efficiency. Management, while well-intentioned, could improve communication frequency on strategic decisions.
Advice to Management: Consider more transparent communication about career progression paths and strategic company direction. Investing in clearer mentorship programs could benefit employees' development.

Pros: The projects themselves are quite engaging, offering real challenges in the industrial technology space. I've appreciated the autonomy given to manage my projects and the supportive nature of my immediate colleagues. There's a good sense of camaraderie within the teams, and many people are passionate about the work they do. The location in Grand Est is also a plus for me.
Cons: The biggest drawback is the inconsistent communication from senior leadership. Strategic decisions or changes often come with little prior notice or explanation, which can be frustrating. While work flexibility is decent, the pressure to meet ambitious deadlines sometimes leads to long hours. It feels like the company culture could benefit from more clarity on long-term vision.
Advice to Management: Improve transparency in strategic communication. Ensure leadership vision is clearly articulated to all levels, which will boost morale and streamline project execution.
