Pros: I liked the team culture; everyone's pretty supportive. The hybrid work model is also a big plus for work-life balance. Decent benefits package too.
Cons: Career growth here is definitely slow for Software Engineer roles. There aren't many clear paths to promotion or moving up. You kind of get stuck at one level for a while in this mid-sized tech company.

Pros: As a Software Engineer, I usually manage my 40-45 hour weeks. The hybrid model is a big plus; those WFH days really help with personal stuff. Teams mostly respect boundaries, which is pretty solid for this part of the tech industry.
Cons: Sometimes, deadlines just go completely off the rails, meaning some really late nights to hit release dates. It's hard to avoid extra work if a critical bug pops up. You definitely need to be good at saying no, or you'll get burnt out.
