I dag står Salling bag to stormagasiner, et stærkt onlineunivers, prisvindende Rooftops og fører flere internationale franchisekoncepter i Danmark.
Salling er en del af Salling Group, der også ejer føtex, Bilka, Netto og Wupti.

Pros: I've found the team here at Salling to be really supportive, which makes coming to work much more pleasant. There's a strong sense of teamwork, especially during busy shifts in the supermarket. The company provides a stable job and opportunities to learn different aspects of retail operations. The work flexibility is also a plus.
Cons: While shifts are generally manageable, workload can become quite intense during peak hours or sale periods, which can affect the work-life balance slightly. Communication about schedule changes could sometimes be improved to allow for better personal planning. Career progression opportunities feel a bit limited without specific initiative.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more consistent communication channels for shift updates and store-wide changes to help employees better manage their schedules and expectations. Exploring clearer pathways for internal advancement could also boost morale.
