The Role
• Lead and manage complex SAP transformation programs and projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance.
• Mitigate risks and issues, implementing proactive solutions to ensure project success.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
What You'll Need
• Proven experience managing large-scale SAP programs and projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP methodologies and implementation best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to define project scope, develop plans, and manage resources effectively.
• Experience in risk and issue management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
