About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer (m/w/d) with expertise in microservices and mobile app development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing modern cross-platform applications and integrating intelligent AI workflows within a scalable microservice architecture. Your primary focus will be on creating seamless, high-performance mobile applications using Vue.js 3, TypeScript, Ionic, and Tailwind CSS, deployed across iOS, Android, and web platforms via Capacitor. On the backend, you will work with Python 3.13+ and FastAPI to build robust microservices utilizing PostgreSQL and Redis for data management. Additionally, you will be involved in integrating various large language models (LLMs) through our LiteLLM-Gateway and implementing intelligent AI workflows with LangChain and LangGraph. Your role also includes managing asynchronous background jobs with Celery and RabbitMQ, containerizing infrastructure with Docker, and automating deployment processes using GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines. Qualifications
- Extensive experience in frontend development with Vue.js 3, TypeScript, Ionic Framework, Tailwind CSS, and Capacitor for cross-platform mobile applications on iOS, Android, and Web.
- Proven backend development skills with Python 3.13+ and FastAPI within a microservice architecture.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, and experience with Redis for caching and message brokering.
- Experience in integrating large language models (LLMs) via LiteLLM-Gateway, LangChain, and LangGraph for intelligent content generation.
- Familiarity with asynchronous task processing using Celery and RabbitMQ.
- Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker, and CI/CD automation via GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
- Experience with testing frameworks including pytest, Vitest, and Cypress, ensuring high code quality.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including Auth0, JWT tokens, and capability-based security models.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in German, with a passion for technological innovation and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications utilizing Vue.js 3, TypeScript, Ionic, and Capacitor, ensuring optimal performance across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Build and enhance backend microservices using Python 3.13+ and FastAPI, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Integrate various large language models through our LiteLLM-Gateway, and develop intelligent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph to support AI-driven content generation.
- Implement asynchronous processing for scalable background jobs with Celery and RabbitMQ, optimizing system performance and responsiveness.

- Write comprehensive tests at all levels using pytest, Vitest, and Cypress, maintaining high standards of code quality and stability.
- Utilize observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki to monitor system health and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, leveraging Auth0, JWT tokens, and capability-based security models.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
