About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer (w/m/d) specializing in C programming to join our Solution Development team at Element Logic Germany GmbH. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative warehouse management solutions that support our clients' logistics operations. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional groups, including customer success, delivery, and technical teams, to deliver tailored IT logistics solutions that enhance process efficiency and accuracy. The position offers a hybrid work environment, with the flexibility of remote work combined with onsite collaboration in Leinfelden-Echterdingen or Georgsmarienhütte. Qualifications

Essential qualifications include a solid understanding of C programming, with the ability to quickly adapt to unfamiliar modules and codebases. A desire for continuous learning and improvement is vital, along with perseverance to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Candidates should have experience supporting configuration, testing, and deployment of warehouse management software, specifically SuPCIS-L8, and be comfortable engaging directly with clients during requirement gathering, implementation, and training phases. Proficiency in German and good command of English are required, with additional skills in RESTful APIs, git, Linux (RedHat), relational databases (Oracle), and familiarity with cloud functions (AWS/Oracle) considered advantageous. A proactive communication style, self-organization skills, and willingness to travel for on-site client engagements are also essential.
