The Role
- Drive the continuous development of an intelligent document processing platform.
- Collaborate with the team on developing new features for a SaaS application using AWS infrastructure and modern frameworks.
- Optimise software architecture, development processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and design public and internal APIs.
- Engage in backend and integration development (Java, Spring Boot) or full-stack development (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) depending on focus.
- Work closely with the Machine Learning team.
What You'll Need
- Profound knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript with at least two years of experience in agile and test-driven development.
- Expertise in microservices architectures, scalable and robust cloud service development, and experience with RDS and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with the DevOps approach and practical experience in infrastructure automation through Infrastructure as Code.
- Very good German language skills (min. C1) and good English language skills (min. B2).
