The Role
- Develop and support modules for generating and receiving SWIFT messages within existing legacy applications.
- Oversee the development of automated and manual processing of SWIFT messages in the context of payment and settlement instructions.
- Conduct technical analysis and develop solution concepts within the existing SWIFT environment to optimally meet internal business requirements.
- Create stable and efficient software solutions, significantly contributing to team goals as part of a multifunctional team.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the highest quality in requirements engineering, testing, and operation of existing interfaces and applications.
What You'll Need
- A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or Engineering, or equivalent qualification with experience in software development.
- Proficient in Delphi and Java, with strong knowledge of relational databases and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Foundational banking knowledge in payment and settlement, and ideally experience in the SWIFT environment.
- Ability to perform precise analyses, master complex problems, and communicate solutions effectively.
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
