About The Role

Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses several years of comprehensive full-stack development experience, with a proven track record in designing and scaling web applications. You should have a strong ownership mindset, taking responsibility for the quality, performance, and reliability of the product. Decision-making skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential, along with a passion for exploring new technologies and integrating complex API solutions, especially within the financial and banking sectors. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment with founders and cross-functional teams, translating strategic goals into technical implementations. Familiarity with modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or comparable technologies, along with expertise in database design and data management, is required. A clear understanding of scalable system architecture and experience working within regulated or high-performance environments will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

Operative Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance core product features, including CRM, form editors, and the workflow builder, ensuring they meet user needs and technical standards.
• Implement rapid iterations based on customer feedback, deploying updates and optimizations in a timely manner to improve functionality and user experience.
• Maintain a user-centric approach in UI/UX design, ensuring complex processes remain intuitive and accessible for banking professionals and end-users.
  
  

Structural Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable system architecture, selecting appropriate technologies and frameworks to support growth and performance.
• Structure and optimize data models, ensuring efficient and secure data management within the banking context.
• Collaborate closely with founders and product teams, translating business logic and customer needs into technical solutions, acting as the technical owner of the platform.
