About The Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that support our innovative HR solutions. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a successful academic background or completed vocational training with a focus on IT. You should have substantial professional experience in software development, complemented by a strong technical affinity for coding. Proficiency in frontend development and working with databases/SQL is essential. You should be well-versed in backend technologies such as Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively. Experience with Vue.js or comparable TypeScript frontend frameworks, as well as familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence, is highly advantageous. A structured and methodical approach to work, especially in analyzing, planning, and executing development projects, is crucial. Excellent communication skills in German are required, and proficiency in English is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications with modern frameworks, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust functionality.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining REST APIs, with a focus on security, scalability, and data integrity.
- Creating unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability, alongside conducting code reviews and promoting best practices within the team.
- Working within agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies, documenting processes, architecture, and technical solutions diligently.
- Handling complex development tasks independently, while also contributing to the design and optimization of our software architecture.
