About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Developer to join our dynamic team at Codecamp N. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions primarily within cloud environments. Your expertise in modern frameworks such as Spring or Java EE, combined with frontend technologies like Angular or React, will be essential in delivering high-quality, scalable applications. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate complex requirements into practical, sustainable solutions. Your proactive approach and technical leadership will help elevate our projects and contribute to the ongoing success of our clients’ digital initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in full-stack or backend development. You should have a strong command of Spring Boot or Java EE, as well as frontend frameworks like Angular or React. Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including their best practices, is required. A solid understanding of service-oriented and cloud architecture is essential, along with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences. Additionally, familiarity with modern software development processes, including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and code reviews, is expected. Practical knowledge of AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot or large language models (LLMs) will be considered advantageous. Fluency in German (at least C1 level) and a commitment to continuous personal and professional development are also key requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement modern software solutions in collaboration with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Contribute actively to Codecamp:N initiatives, providing technical input and innovative ideas to shape our consulting and development approach.
- Take responsibility for the conception and realization of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications, primarily in cloud environments.
- Advise and support clients in the development of new products, system enhancements, and integrations, ensuring solutions are practical and sustainable.
- Engage proactively with clients to provide transparent and constructive technical guidance, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
- Develop and refine architectural strategies, prepare technical decisions, and implement solutions that meet current and future needs.
- Mentor and support fellow developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and pair programming, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team’s skills and standards.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively both visually (whiteboard) and through code documentation, ensuring clarity and shared understanding across teams.
- Support the evolution of our development standards, workflows, and best practices, promoting a culture of quality and innovation.
