DATAGROUP Polska Sp. z o.o. is looking for a skilled
Java/Oracle Developer to support our ongoing
technology refresh and migration initiatives. This is a mid-level position offering remote flexibility and the opportunity to work on forward-looking IT projects that involve modernizing legacy systems and migrating to cloud and open-source platforms.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient JAVA-based frontend as well as Java components and Oracle PL/SQL procedures for the ETL process.
- Contribute to the migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application modernisation and cloud migration efforts.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability throughout the development lifecycle.
Your profile
We’re seeking someone with a strong technical foundation and a proactive mindset. You should have:
- Solid experience in Java development and object-oriented programming.
- Strong skills in Oracle PL/SQL and ideally some exposure to PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with IBM DataStage is a plus.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, Git, and modern development practices.
- Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – BigQuery, Astronomer, CloudSQL
