About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer - Full Stack (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of energy management solutions by developing innovative software modules and functionalities that support our mission of promoting sustainable energy practices. After a comprehensive onboarding process, you will gradually take on responsibilities for programming specific components, modules, and overall system functions. Collaborating closely with our EnEffCo development team, you will be responsible for creating new features, integrating cutting-edge technologies, and ensuring the robustness of our software solutions. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of energy efficiency initiatives and the broader goal of climate protection, making this a meaningful opportunity for professionals passionate about technology and sustainability.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with C# or other object-oriented programming languages, complemented by solid knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. A completed university degree (Diploma, Master) in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience is required. You should be able to apply your computer science expertise methodically and practically, demonstrating structured problem-solving skills. A passion for tackling complex tasks and contributing to the energy transition is essential. Enthusiasm for learning new technologies, especially the targeted use of AI tools in programming, will set you apart. Proficiency in German is required, and familiarity with Azure DevOps, React, MSSQL, and HighCharts is advantageous, although not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop browser-based user interfaces for desktop and mobile devices using React, .NET, and MUI frameworks.
- Implement complex data processing and analysis processes to support energy management functionalities.
- Develop interfaces to various devices and data systems, including Web-API, Kafka, MQTT, SQL, Modbus TCP, and M-Bus, ensuring seamless integration and data flow.
- Create customized add-on modules and prototypes for innovative expansion of our software solutions.
- Monitor, maintain, and refine our Continuous Integration (CI) pipeline to ensure efficient and reliable deployment processes.
- Participate actively in the conceptual development of new features and system improvements, contributing your technical expertise to project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
