The Role
• Lead and mentor a team of developers within agile Scrum teams.

• Guide the team through the entire software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and shape technical strategy.
• Manage personnel processes including recruiting, performance reviews, and career development.
What You'll Need
• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Initial leadership experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, SQL) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills in both German and English.
