Senior Full Stack Engineer (Web + Desktop) | Munich | MediTech Start-Up | €70k-80k
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale a suite of high-reliability web and desktop applications used in real-world operational environments.
This is a hands-on role spanning frontend, backend integration, and system-level functionality, with a strong focus on performance, stability, and scalability.
You'll also play a key role in technical decisions and supporting the growth of the engineering team.
What you'll do
* Build and maintain production-grade web and desktop applications
* Develop modern React-based interfaces focused on usability and performance
* Work across APIs, networking, and data flows between systems
* Contribute to architecture and technical direction alongside senior engineers
What we're looking for
* Strong experience as a Full Stack or Software Engineer in production environments
* Advanced JavaScript/TypeScript skills and React experience
* Experience with desktop apps (e.g. Electron or similar frameworks)
* Solid understanding of APIs, networking, and data management
Nice to have
* Experience in regulated or high-reliability environments (e.g. healthcare, industrial systems)
* Familiarity with Node.js and cloud infrastructure
* Understanding of security, authentication, and data privacy
* Background in fast-paced startups or scaling teams
