About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer - Full Stack (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future of energy management and climate protection. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive onboarding and progressively take responsibility for developing specific software components, modules, and overall functionalities. Collaborating closely with our EnEffCo development team, you will design and implement new features, modules, and innovative functionalities, learning and applying new technologies along the way. Your work will involve creating browser-based applications for desktops and mobile devices using technologies like React, .NET, and MUI. You will also develop complex data processing and analysis processes, interface with various devices and data systems through Web APIs, Kafka, MQTT, SQL, Modbus TCP, and M-Bus, and customize modules for our clients' specific needs. Additionally, you will contribute to the refinement of our CI pipeline and participate in conceptual development to ensure continuous improvement of our solutions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with C# or other object-oriented programming languages, coupled with strong web technology skills including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. A completed university degree (Diploma, Master) in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience is required. You should possess a structured and practical approach to applying your computer science knowledge, enjoy tackling complex challenges that contribute to the energy transition, and demonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning new technologies, especially the strategic use of AI tools in programming. Proficiency in German is essential, and experience with Azure DevOps, React, MSSQL, and HighCharts is advantageous. A passion for sustainable solutions and innovative software development is highly valued.
Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will include developing browser-based user interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless and user-friendly experiences. You will design and implement complex data processing workflows for analysis and visualization, leveraging your expertise in web and backend technologies. Developing and maintaining interfaces to various devices and data systems such as Web APIs, Kafka, MQTT, SQL databases, Modbus TCP, and M-Bus will be a key part of your role. You will also work on the creation of customer-specific modules and prototypes for innovative extension solutions, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will participate in the development of new concepts, refine existing functionalities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines. Your involvement will help ensure our software remains cutting-edge, reliable, and aligned with the latest technological advancements.
