An innovative organisation in the global IT services and digital infrastructure space is looking for a SAP Program Manager (w/m/d) - Customer Success Management. This role carries holistic responsibility for the results of selected strategic customers across all service and revenue segments. You will work closely with account management to drive long-term customer loyalty and ensure a seamless customer journey.
What you'll be doing
• Managing strategic development and operational support for key accounts
• Taking full responsibility for economic outcomes and service delivery across customer segments
• Representing the company in project steering committees and management boards
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure a high-quality customer journey
• Contributing directly to business objectives through proactive account development
What we're looking for
• Extensive experience in SAP program management or senior customer success roles
• Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships at a management level
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L and results responsibility
• Excellent communication skills for navigating complex stakeholder environments
• Fluency in German and English to support a global service network
