The Role
• Take full ownership for strategic customer outcomes across all service and revenue segments.
• Contribute directly and measurably to company objectives by collaborating closely with account management.
• Drive strategic development, operational support, and financial performance for key clients.
• Actively foster long-term customer loyalty and ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Oversee project implementation, ensuring successful delivery within defined time, budget, and quality parameters.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, both internally and with clients.
What You'll Need
• Several years of experience leading SAP projects, coupled with strong project management skills.
• Proven experience in the sales of SAP solutions and managed services.
• Familiarity with the SAP portfolio and a strong understanding of enterprise resource planning concepts.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking and a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a structured work methodology and assertiveness.
• Strong communication, moderation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively, in both German and English.
