About The Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (m/w/d) specializing in Unity3D to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based on-site, emphasizing collaboration and hands-on development. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing our Unity3D product configurator, ensuring seamless integration of 3D data and user interfaces. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to conceive new features, optimize existing functionalities, and contribute to the overall user experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects within a supportive environment that values creativity and technical excellence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses a degree in (business) informatics or a related field, or has completed vocational training with substantial experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Python is highly desirable. Experience in preparing and managing 3D data using Blender and Unity3D is essential. Familiarity with cloud services like Microsoft Azure, as well as database management with MySQL and NoSQL, will be advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate a self-driven, analytical approach to work, coupled with reliability and a strong team spirit. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements are also important.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components for the Unity3D-based product configurator, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.
• Design and implement new features, participate in the full software development lifecycle, and collaborate with team members to meet project goals.
• Create clear, user-friendly interfaces within Unity3D and HTML to facilitate ease of use and accessibility.
• Enhance and maintain existing system interfaces, ensuring compatibility and performance.
• Optimize and prepare 3D data files (.fbx) for integration into the Unity3D engine, ensuring high-quality visual presentation and performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
