The Role
- Lead a cross-functional engineering team for a modern web platform (Angular/React, Java, Python, databases, Kafka).
- Drive the technical roadmap in collaboration with Product Management.
- Advance AI-native platform development by designing agents, skills, and workflows for healthcare users.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, and other product teams to ensure consistency and clear interfaces.
- Coach and mentor engineers to foster ownership, proactivity, and a modern engineering culture.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in technical leadership (e.g., Tech Lead, Principal Engineer) for modern web applications.
- End-to-end responsibility for productive systems.
- Strong knowledge of core stack: React/Angular, Java Spring Boot (Quarkus a plus), Python, Kafka, Terraform.
- Experience with cloud and DevOps practices (Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD) and distributed, scalable systems.
- Demonstrated effective use of AI in software engineering, including agentic coding tools and AI pipelines.
- Fluent in German and English.
