About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Developer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team in Ulm. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions that enhance our lab management systems and international service offerings. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and quality of our products, such as testXpertAnalytics and the Service-Platform, by providing intelligent, standardized, and efficient software tools to support our customers and service technicians worldwide. You will collaborate closely with product owners and cross-functional teams in an agile environment, applying the latest technologies to develop high-quality software that meets the highest standards of performance and usability. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess professional experience in modern software development, particularly with TypeScript in Node.js for both frontend and backend applications. Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex software components is essential. Strong knowledge of REST, GraphQL, and Socket.IO is required, along with experience in utilizing test frameworks and practicing test-driven development. Additional skills in Angular, C++, MongoDB, Jira, Confluence, Lint, and Teamscale are considered advantageous. Fluency in German at a minimum C1 level is mandatory, ensuring effective communication within the team and with stakeholders. A passion for innovative, forward-looking solutions, rapid learning ability, and a solid technical understanding are key attributes for success in this role.

- Participate actively in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
