About The Role

We are currently looking for a Backend Developer to join our innovative IT team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects utilizing the best solutions available in the market. You will support various agile teams, contributing to the development and maintenance of our cloud-based microservices architecture in Azure. Your work will be pivotal in building and expanding the KINDcloud platform, which serves as the foundation for numerous applications within the company. The role offers a chance to work with a diverse set of technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Azure Functions, Message Queues, and CosmosDB, among others. You will operate within an agile environment following Scrum and Kanban methodologies, employing DevOps practices to ensure continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in agile software development, with a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification. You should possess strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving, enabling you to contribute effectively to varied projects. A passion for innovation, current technological trends, and continuous learning is essential. You should enjoy working collaboratively within a team and support your colleagues to achieve shared goals. Proficiency in German at a very good level (minimum C1) is required to ensure seamless communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop backend solutions using the best market options, working within agile teams to deliver high-quality software products.
• Implement and maintain microservices architecture in Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of the KINDcloud platform.
• Utilize technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Azure Functions, Message Queues, and CosmosDB to build robust backend systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps specialists, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to facilitate continuous improvement and transparency.
• Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, code standards, and best practices.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
