This role focuses on driving innovation through consulting and implementation while ensuring long-term value for clients. You will join an international team dedicated to delivering AI-driven solutions and managing complex SAP landscapes.
What you'll be doing
• Managing large-scale SAP programs and ensuring successful customer outcomes
• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver managed services and digital transformation projects
• Acting as the primary point of contact for strategic clients to ensure long-term success
• Developing and implementing AI-driven solutions within the SAP ecosystem
• Coordinating with global partners to enhance technology offerings and service quality
What we're looking for
• Extensive experience in SAP program management or customer success management
• Strong background in managed services and digital infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to lead international teams in a complex, multi-national environment
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Must be legally authorized to work in Germany
