About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Mid-Senior Fullstack Developer to join our development team at our Munich headquarters. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications that directly impact our internal products and client solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product management, design, and marketing—to translate complex requirements into clean, efficient technical solutions. Your contributions will help shape the future of our software offerings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. From conception to deployment, you will be involved in every stage of the development lifecycle, applying best practices and automation to uphold code quality and system robustness. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in fullstack development, demonstrating a strong command of modern technologies and frameworks. You should possess excellent skills in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot, along with proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is essential, and experience with Redux or similar state management solutions is highly desirable. Familiarity with Python is a plus but not mandatory. A relevant university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field is required. Fluency in German (C1 level) in written and spoken form is essential for effective communication within our team. You should be an analytical thinker with a collaborative mindset, eager to learn and grow continuously. Your respectful, responsible attitude and ability to work on eye level with colleagues will contribute to our positive team environment.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include developing and enhancing our internal products, ensuring they are user-centric and reliable. You will be involved in both frontend and backend development, utilizing modern technologies to create performant and scalable applications. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and marketing teams, you will translate business and technical requirements into high-quality code. Maintaining code quality through adherence to best practices, conducting code reviews, and implementing automated testing and checks will be vital. You will actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing your technical expertise to improve our development processes. Additionally, you will stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our software solutions and development practices.
