The Role
- Develop and maintain SAP CRM backend solutions to support business processes
- Analyze, design, and implement technical specifications and new functionalities
- Support and further develop existing CRM systems in close cooperation with specialist departments
- Perform error analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing applications
- Participate in the introduction and implementation of SAP CRM projects
- Ensure high software quality through code reviews, tests, and documentation
What You'll Need
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in SAP CRM development, especially in the backend area
- Sound knowledge of ABAP, ABAP OO, and SAP CRM Middleware
- Experience with BAdIs, BAPIs, Enhancement Frameworks, and WebServices
- Ideally, knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA
- Analytical and structured way of working with a high degree of initiative
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
