About The Role
We are seeking a talented Mid-Senior Fullstack Developer to join our central team in Munich. In this role, you will be a vital part of our development efforts, responsible for creating high-performance, scalable applications that directly impact our internal products and services. You will participate in the entire development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring our systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include developing and enhancing internal tools that are actively used by our team, working on both frontend and backend components with modern technologies, and collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and marketing professionals to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Ensuring code quality through best practices, reviews, and automated testing will be a key part of your daily work, helping us maintain high standards and deliver reliable products.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in fullstack development, demonstrating strong technical expertise and a proactive approach. You should possess excellent knowledge of Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks, along with proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React for frontend development. Good understanding of HTML and CSS is essential, and experience with Redux or similar state management solutions is highly desirable. Knowledge of Python is a plus but not mandatory. A completed degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required. Fluency in German (C1 level) in both spoken and written form is essential. You should demonstrate strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
