The Role
- Contribute to the modernization and optimization of critical operational processes.
- Identify root causes of issues and implement effective workarounds and solutions.
- Monitor process performance and ensure efficient IT operations through quality management.
- Conduct and supervise daily processes related to changes in test and integration systems.
- Independently conceptualize, adapt, and optimize existing processes.
- Participate in the conception and realization of measures for a major modernization project aimed at digitalizing legal procedures.
What You'll Need
- A degree in Computer Science or a comparable field, or equivalent training with relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge in developing backend applications with Java, including experience with databases and SQL (ideally Oracle).
- Practical experience with Kubernetes distributions (e.g., OpenShift) and willingness to learn mainframe technologies (IBM z/OS, COBOL).
- High level of process understanding and a strong commitment to quality.
- Self-reliant, structured, and agile working approach with organizational skills for interdisciplinary teamwork.
