Hi, nice to meet you! We are Perspective. 💙 In short, the #1 software for mobile funnels. Completely bootstrapped and fully remote.

What does Perspective do?
We enable passionate people to grow the business they love, by creating the fastest & easiest growth platform.

And what does that mean specifically?
We're changing the way people advertise and recruit in our mobile world. 2.3 billion people are on social media every month, and almost all of them use their smartphones, so we need to completely rethink online marketing and recruiting. It has to be fast, easy, fun and above all: mobile first. And that's exactly why we developed Perspective Mobile Funnels.

What are mobile funnels?
It's simple... ad, mobile funnel, your result. With Perspective Funnels you can easily create appointment, applicant, quizz and many other types of mobile landing pages, forms and funnels. Perspective is everything that comes after the ad. It converts your lead.

What makes our culture so special?
Perspective is backed by an amazing remote team of 20+ caring & driven individuals. From an agency to a self-funded remote software startup, we have evolved into a team of experts who give 1% more every day. We all believe that we achieve our best performance when we enjoy absolute freedom and take our areas into our own hands. That's why we call our culture: Ownership & Freedom Culture.

Last but not least:
Perspective is what can happen when amazing people from all over the world work together on a project. Our values are very important to us and they are reflected in everything we do. We meet every quarter in our teams, we go on company retreats twice a year, everyone is free to use their monthly remote budget as they wish and each team plans their own projects.

Perspective means redefining what work feels like for you. Join us on a unique journey with an international remote team. 👋

Solid learning environment, but leadership communication could be clearer.
Pros: The biggest pro was definitely the learning and development opportunities. As a Data Analyst, I got to work on diverse projects that really expanded my skill set. The company culture was generally collaborative, and colleagues were always willing to help. The hybrid work arrangement also provided a good work-life balance, making it easier to manage personal commitments.
Cons: While the technical skills grew, navigating career advancement felt a bit unclear. Sometimes, project priorities shifted without much warning, which could be disruptive. I also found that communication from upper management could sometimes be a bit siloed, making it hard to understand the broader company strategy or how individual contributions fit in.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving cross-departmental communication and providing clearer, long-term roadmaps for projects and individual career paths. Transparent updates would go a long way.
