Pros: The best part about working at Concept-e has been the exposure to diverse projects within the software development and IT consulting industry. I've learned a tremendous amount and felt challenged in a good way. The company really does offer a flexible work arrangement, allowing for good work-life balance, which is a major plus for me. Teamwork is generally strong, and people are willing to help each other out.
Cons: While flexibility is great, sometimes during peak project phases, the workload can feel overwhelming. There's also room for improvement in streamlining internal approval processes; they can occasionally be a bottleneck. Career progression paths aren't always super clear, so it requires a proactive approach from the employee to seek out opportunities for growth and advancement.
Advice to Management: Consider standardizing and speeding up some of the internal approval workflows to reduce project delays and employee frustration. Clearly outlining career progression frameworks would also be beneficial.

Communication between different departments wasn't always as streamlined as it could be, which occasionally impacted project delivery efficiency. More structured internal knowledge sharing would also be beneficial.
