SimPlan AG was established in 1992 as a service provider for the simulation of company processes. Today, the company has about 120 employees and is the leading full-service simulation specialist in Germany. With simulation, complex production and logistics processes can be modelled, illustrated clearly and analyzed effectively. It enables accurate and quick forecasts on operability as well as realistic predictions about productivity and efficiency of these processes. This way, process alternatives can be compared, evaluated and optimized as early as in the planning phase. The processes can be tested using any desired conditions and parameters. This ensures flexibility and therefore future sustainability of the company.
Furthermore, SimPlan is a neutral distributor of simulation and animation software, helping you select the most suitable software tools for your projects, providing trainings and assisting during the implementation of the software in your company. Of course we also provide all associated maintenance and support services. If you require custom-made systems for your company processes, we also develop individual software solutions.

You get to work with talented engineers and learn a lot. The team spirit is strong, and people are generally supportive. Opportunities to work remotely are also available.
