Pros: The best part about working for Lean Focus has to be the flexibility offered. As a consulting firm, they understand that employees need to balance client work with personal life. Remote work options and flexible hours were genuinely available, which made a huge difference. I also appreciated the exposure to various business process improvement projects and the chance to learn valuable Lean principles.
Cons: While flexibility is great, the workload can become quite demanding, especially during peak project phases. Sometimes, it felt like there was a lack of clear direction or standardized processes for internal tasks, which could lead to minor inefficiencies. Pay and benefits are competitive but not outstanding for the industry.
Advice to Management: Consider standardizing some internal project management tools and approval workflows to improve efficiency. Also, look into enhancing the benefits package to be more competitive within the business consulting industry.
