Pros: The team environment is genuinely collaborative, and there's a real sense of shared goals in our software development efforts. I've gained valuable experience in the BIM and AEC industry, working on impactful projects. The work flexibility is good, allowing for a decent work-life balance, which is important for a tech company.
Cons: Sometimes, during major product releases or tight deadlines, the workload can become quite intense, making it tough to maintain that ideal work-life balance for short periods. Also, I think internal communication could be streamlined a bit more across different global teams to improve overall efficiency in this SaaS environment.
Advice to Management: Continue to invest in tools and processes that streamline cross-team collaboration, especially with the company's global footprint. More structured career development paths for individual contributors would also be beneficial.
