Pros: For a mid-sized tech firm in San Francisco, the base salary for a Data Analyst is pretty solid. They offer standard PTO which is decent. The hybrid work model helps save on commuting costs.
Cons: Raises are tough to come by and usually small, so pay growth isn't great. The 401k match is pretty weak compared to other companies in the data analytics industry. Health insurance premiums feel really high for what you get.
Advice to Management: You really need to re-evaluate the compensation structure, especially for experienced Data Analysts. Boost the 401k match and look into better health insurance plans. It'd help with retention.
