We have a decent set of benefits, and the company is located conveniently in Guangzhou.
Cons: Sometimes project deadlines feel a bit tight, and communication between departments, especially for remote team members, could be more streamlined. The pay, while fair, isn't the most competitive in the Guangzhou tech market. Leadership could be more visible in day-to-day operations.
