Pros: Working at TECWISE as a Software Engineer has its advantages, particularly the flexibility in how and where you work. The company culture often fosters good teamwork, and colleagues are usually supportive, which makes tackling complex IT projects manageable. I've had chances to pick up new skills on client engagements in the tech services industry.
Cons: While flexibility is good, the workload can become quite demanding, especially during critical project phases. Sometimes, internal communication or approval processes can slow things down, which can be frustrating when you're trying to meet client expectations.
