Pros: I really enjoyed the nature of the work at ipt. As an Innovation Consultant, I got to tackle complex problems in process optimization and digital transformation, which was intellectually stimulating. The collaborative environment within project teams was excellent; people were always willing to help each other out. The ability to see projects through from concept to implementation was very rewarding.
Cons: While individual project leadership was often strong, I felt there was a lack of cohesive, long-term strategic vision from senior management. This sometimes led to shifting priorities or projects not getting the sustained backing they needed. Communication from the top could also be clearer regarding company direction and individual career paths.
Advice to Management: Focus on developing a clearer, more consistent long-term strategy and communicate it effectively. Invest more in professional development programs that align with that strategy.
