Pros: Working at iTrust as a Security Analyst has been a great learning experience. The company focuses on innovative cybersecurity solutions, and you're exposed to a wide range of threats and technologies. Teamwork is a major strength; colleagues are always willing to help each other out, fostering a supportive environment where you can really develop your skills in the information security industry.
Cons: While many leaders are supportive, there's sometimes a lack of clear long-term strategic direction, which can make planning difficult. Project approvals can also feel a bit slow at times, especially when dealing with cross-departmental initiatives. Improving communication from the top down about future roadmaps would be beneficial.
Advice to Management: Focus on providing more consistent, long-term strategic communication to all levels of the organization. Clarifying project approval workflows and timelines would also enhance operational efficiency and employee morale.
