Full Stack Engineer

Sequencr AI is on a mission to reshape how modern marketing and communications teams operate through intelligent, AI-driven solutions.

We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale this platform. This role is suited for someone with solid hands-on experience who can independently deliver features across the stack, while continuing to grow into broader system and infrastructure responsibilities. You will work closely with a small, experienced team in a fast-moving environment, contributing directly to a live product.

As an early-stage company, we’re operating lean, ideal candidates are motivated by ownership, creativity, and the opportunity to shape an emerging product and team from the ground up. Compensation includes a mix of cash and equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Development - Build, enhance, and maintain core features of Sequencr’s platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Full Stack Engineering - Design and develop front-end and back-end systems, including APIs, services, and user interfaces.
• AI Integration - Collaborate with AI and data teams to integrate model-driven capabilities into the platform. Prior deep AI experience is not required, but comfort working with APIs and data-driven systems is important.
• System Design Contribution - Contribute to architectural decisions and help evolve the platform to support scalability and client-specific customization.
• DevOps and Deployment - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and environment management to support reliable releases.
• Code Quality - Write clean, maintainable code and participate actively in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Collaboration - Work closely with product, design, and engineering to translate requirements into high-quality software.
• Security and Reliability - Apply best practices in application security, data handling, and system reliability.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5 years of proven experience as a full-stack engineer with hands-on responsibility for production systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies such as React, Next.js with App Router, Tailwind CSS, Chad CN, Typescript, Docker and Docker compose, Node.js, Python, Fast API or similar frameworks.
• Solid experience with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to design, debug, and optimize complex systems.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with best practices in application security, cloud security, and data privacy.
