About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. This role involves designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that meet the evolving needs of our banking operations. The ideal candidate will embrace modern AI-assisted development methodologies and possess a versatile skill set across various technology stacks. You will work on building and enhancing core banking platforms, onboarding systems, and complex APIs, ensuring they are secure, resilient, and compliant with industry standards. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-15+ years of experience in backend and full-stack development within enterprise environments, with a strong understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed systems. Proven experience delivering production-grade applications from conception to deployment is essential. Candidates should possess a solid background in banking or financial services domains such as onboarding, payments, lending, or trade finance. Expertise in programming languages like Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, and Python is required, alongside proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React or Angular. A deep understanding of microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is necessary. Additionally, familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to work across multiple tech stacks are critical, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Exposure to AI/ML or large language models (LLMs) and experience with AI development tools such as code assistants or automation platforms are considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support end-to-end applications across frontend, backend, and integration layers to meet business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions, ensuring system security, resilience, and compliance.
- Take ownership of features from initial design through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to solve intricate domain challenges and refine system architecture.
- Build robust microservices and APIs using Java, Node.js, or Python, ensuring they support complex workflows and integrations.
- Develop intuitive, user-friendly frontend applications with a focus on usability and performance.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools for automation, insights, and intelligent workflows to enhance system capabilities and delivery efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including adopting API-first approaches, cloud-native solutions, and modern DevOps practices.
