Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to:
Develop new components in Episerver/Optimizely 12;
Maintain and evolve existing components;
Design and implement Angular, HTML and SCSS components for a Design System;
Collaborate with UX/UI to ensure visual consistency and accessibility (WCAG);
Write unit tests and ensure code quality;
Participate in peer programming activities;
Keep the CMS platform up to date;
Establish and promote good development practices;
Write technical and user documentation;
Use GitHub Copilot to optimize productivity;
Participate in communities of practice;
Contribute to back-end development from time to time.
The profile we are looking for is as follows:
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent;
Have experience in Episerver/Optimizely development (v12 an asset);
Have a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of Full Stack development;
Have experience in setting up a Design System;
Demonstrate experience in Web accessibility (WCAG);
Experience with TDD, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Pair Programming;
Have experience with GitHub Copilot;
Have excellent knowledge of HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript;
Knowledge of microservices architectures (an asset);
Demonstrate strong expertise in Angular;
Have a mastery of tools: Node.js, Gulp, YAML;
Possess excellent analytical skills, autonomy and adaptability;
This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
