Pros: The best part about working here was definitely the team. Everyone is incredibly dedicated and willing to pitch in, creating a really collaborative atmosphere. I learned so much about event management in the cloud technology sector, and there were always opportunities to take on new responsibilities which helped my professional development.
Cons: While the energy is high, the planning process for major events could sometimes feel a bit disorganized. Clearer communication channels and better resource allocation upfront would go a long way in reducing last-minute stress for the event operations team.
Advice to Management: Improve pre-event planning and resource management for smoother operations.
