We're Singularity 6! We’re a game development team based in Los Angeles, dedicated to the idea that online games can deliver deeper, more meaningful experiences.
With our first project, we’re exploring new styles of game design and tackling difficult technical problems to create a game that’s beautiful and intricate, delivering far more than superficial entertainment or basic wish fulfillment, an experience that becomes a meaningful part of your life. Our vision is to create a compelling virtual universe filled with rich and diverse gameplay experiences and social interactions that will keep you playing for years, evolving along with you and the rest of the community.. We want our players to feel valued as well as a true sense of belonging.
We call our company Singularity 6 because we want to build towards a particular future — a world in which the evolution of technology brings us closer together and not further apart.

Pros: The team spirit at Singularity 6 is fantastic; everyone is deeply invested in making great games. I've learned a ton about engine development and collaborative design. There's a good degree of autonomy in your work, and management generally supports new ideas. It's a place where you can really flex your creative muscles in the indie game development space.
Cons: Job security has been a topic of discussion, and like many studios in the current gaming industry landscape, there have been periods of uncertainty. While workload is manageable most of the time, crunch periods can still happen before major milestones. Communication on long-term project direction could sometimes be clearer to alleviate concerns about company trajectory.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering the strong team culture, but focus on providing clearer long-term vision and stability updates to help alleviate employee concerns about job security. More proactive communication regarding project direction and studio health would be greatly appreciated.
