Pros: For a company in the agricultural supply chain, MacroSource LLC does try with some hybrid model options. I could work from home a couple days a week in the Omaha, NE office, which was a nice perk.
Cons: But true work flexibility is still pretty limited, especially as a Logistics Coordinator. It's tough to really customize your schedule, and onsite presence is still a big deal for many roles.
Advice to Management: Think about how to offer more genuine flexibility, not just a standard hybrid model. Empower teams to decide what works best for their roles and for the agricultural supply chain work.

Pros: Job security here is pretty solid, which is a big plus. Work-life balance here is decent thanks to the hybrid work model in our Chicago office. As a Supply Chain Analyst, I appreciated the predictable hours.
Cons: Career growth for roles like mine can feel really slow at this mid-size company. There aren't tons of opportunities to move up, especially in the agricultural commodity trading space. Management can be a bit resistant to new ideas sometimes.
