Pros: Solid benefits package for a large corporate. Good training for new Process Engineer roles in semiconductor manufacturing. The team I worked with onsite in Singapore was generally supportive and knowledgeable.
Cons: Leadership often feels disconnected from daily operations. Decisions can be slow, especially in backend operations, making it tough to push projects forward. There's not enough transparency sometimes, which is frustrating.
Advice to Management: Focus on better communication channels between upper management and engineers. Be more decisive and show clearer direction for projects in semiconductor manufacturing.
