Pros: The best part about ECCRSD is the work flexibility they offer. As a junior employee, being able to adjust my hours or work remotely has been a lifesaver for managing personal commitments while still contributing effectively. The team I'm on is also really supportive and collaborative, making day-to-day tasks much more enjoyable and helping me learn quickly. It's a good environment for gaining experience.
Cons: While flexibility is a strong suit, sometimes communication about broader company direction can feel a bit unclear, which can make it hard to connect my daily tasks to larger goals. Additionally, during peak project times, the workload can become quite demanding, and getting approvals for certain things can occasionally slow down progress. It's nothing major, but could be smoother.
