Pros: The remote work setup as a Data Analyst is great, offering solid flexibility. The team's pretty supportive, and I liked most of the projects I worked on.
Cons: Job security isn't the best here, especially being a startup. There's been some turnover, and it makes you feel a bit unstable about your role long-term.
Advice to Management: Management should focus on clearer communication about company health and future plans. Transparency helps a lot with employee morale, especially regarding job security in a startup environment.
