The flexibility to work remotely is a huge plus, allowing for a decent work-life balance most of the time.
Cons: While the starting pay and benefits package is acceptable for an entry-level role in this industry, it doesn't quite keep pace with industry standards as you gain experience. I've noticed colleagues with similar tenure elsewhere earning more. Additionally, during key project milestones, the workload can become quite demanding, impacting work-life balance and leading to longer hours than ideal.
Advice to Management: Consider a more structured approach to compensation reviews that reflects employee growth and market rates, especially for mid-level roles. Also, proactively plan for workload management during crunch periods to prevent burnout.
